On November 13, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of a candidate for the position of judge at the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.
According to the results of the qualification assessment, Lіubomyr Tsebryk scored 679,8 points. The panel decided to submit to the Commission in the plenary session the question of confirming the candidate’s ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 32 candidates for the position of judge in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal: 16 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 9 candidates failed to confirm this, and interviews with 7 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
