On July 01, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of four candidates to administer justice in the general court of appeal was considered.
Oleksandra Baieva has confirmed her ability to administer justice at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
Olha Bilinska and Hanna Mudretska have confirmed their ability to administer justice at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
Serhii Nesterenko failed to confirm his ability to administer justice at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
Please be reminded that 55 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 28 vacant positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal. In total, interviews were conducted with 53 candidates: 40 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 10 failed to confirm it, and 3 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant positions of judges in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal. In total, interviews were conducted with 46 candidates: 33 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 7 candidates failed to confirm it, and 6 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition. The qualification assessment has been suspended for 1 candidate.
43 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 23 vacant positions of judges in the Dnipro Court of Appeal. In total, interviews were conducted with 26 candidates: 18 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 4 candidates failed to confirm it, and 4 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
