On 30 September 2026, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of submitting a motion with a recommendation on the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice was considered.
Due to an excessive level of judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a motion recommending the secondment, for a period of one year, of Maksym Khodakivskyi, a judge of the Sobornyi District Court of Dnipro, to the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv.
