Following the results of the competition for the courts of appeal, announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023, by Decrees of the President of Ukraine dated September 02, 2026 Nos. 855/2026–867/2026 (in Ukrainian), 13 judges have been appointed to the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal (recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated May 20, 2026):
