On 13 October 2026, a panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted interviews with candidates for the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal who, following a joint vote by members of the Commission and the Expert Council, were found to meet the criteria of integrity and professional competence.
The qualification assessment results for two participants in the competition were determined as follows:

Please be reminded, following joint sessions of members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the Expert Council, six candidates were found to meet the criteria of integrity and professional competence.
The Commission subsequently conducted panel interviews with all six candidates. Following these interviews, all candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
