On 14 October 2026, a panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview with one candidate for a judicial position at the Poltava Court of Appeal and determined her qualification assessment result.
Olena Kolesnikova scored 735,46 points in the qualification assessment. The Commission found that she had confirmed her ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal.
As a reminder, 16 candidates applied for the competition to fill 15 vacant judicial positions at the Poltava Court of Appeal.
A total of 10 candidates have been interviewed: six candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, two candidates failed to confirm it, and two await interviews before the Commission in plenary session. One candidate’s participation in the competition has been terminated.
