On 14 October 2026, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered submitting recommendations for the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation to administer justice.
Following a change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation to second Yevhenii Romanovskyi, a judge of the Rubizhne City Court of Luhansk Oblast, to the Pavlohrad City-District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for one year.
To address an excessive judicial workload, the Commission will also submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation to second Andrii Osokin, a judge of the Vyzhnytsia District Court of Chernivtsi Oblast, to the Storozhynets District Court of Chernivtsi Oblast for one year.
