The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary session, considered the termination of six candidates’ participation in competitions for vacant judicial positions.
Following the session, the participation of the following candidates in the competition for positions at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court was terminated:
- Vita Matolych;
- Yurii Hlomb;
- Alina Diska;
- Olena Tsarikova.
The participation of Zakhar Fedorov in the selection procedure for a local court judge position and of Roman Kuznetsov in the competition for vacant judicial positions at appellate courts was also terminated.
