On July 29, 2026, the Commission approved the coded results of the practical assignment in the local general court specialisation (the fourth stage of the qualification exam), completed on October 30, 2025 by the first and second groups of candidates for the position of a local court judge and judges who have expressed an intention to be transferred to another local court.

For the purpose of calculating the score awarded for the practical assignment in the relevant court specialisation, a coefficient of 2 is applied.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam is 75 per cent of the maximum possible score, i.e. 112,5 points.
Please be reminded that, the Commission has decided to publish the coded results of the practical assignments without delay on its official website once the verification has been completed and the coded results have been approved.
The verification and assessment of the practical assignments in the local general court specialisation completed on October 14–17, 20–24, 28–31 and November 17, 2025 have been finalised.
Following the decoding of all scripts, the Commission will approve the decoded results by its decision.
Please be informed that, the Specifics of Completing the Practical Assignment as Part of the Qualification Exam for Candidates for the Position of a Judge in the Local Court and Judges Who Have Expressed an Intention to Be Transferred to Another Local Court, approved by the Commission’s Decision No. 173/zp-25 dated September 19, 2025, stipulate that a participant may review their own practical assignment answer booklet and all assessment results (the examination record for the assessment of the practical assignment) only after the Commission has adopted a decision approving the decoded results of the qualification examination (stage).
