On July 06, 2026, the Commission approved the coded results of the practical assignment in the specialisation of the local general court (the fourth stage of the qualification exam), completed on October 28, 2025 by participants in the first group, on October 29, 2025 by participants in the second group, and on October 31, 2025 by participants in the first and second groups of candidates for the position of a judge in the local court and judges who have expressed an intention to be transferred to another local court.

A coefficient of 2 is applied when calculating the score awarded to a participant for completing the practical assignment in the specialisation of the relevant court.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam is 75% of the maximum possible score, i.e. 112,5 points.
Please be reminded that, in order to inform participants in the qualification exam of the results of the practical assignments, the Commission has decided to publish the results without delay on its official website once the verification has been completed and the coded results have been approved.
Pursuant to paragraph 6.2 of Section 6 of the Regulation on the Procedure of Qualification Examination and Methodology for Evaluation of Candidates, the decoded results of the practical assignment will be approved after all practical assignments within the relevant local court specialisation have been verified and assessed.
The Specifics of Completing the Practical Assignment as Part of the Qualification Exam for Candidates for the Position of a Judge in the Local Court and Judges Who Have Expressed an Intention to Be Transferred to Another Local Court, approved by the Commission’s Decision No. 173/zp-25 of September 19, 2025, stipulate that a participant may review their own practical assignment answer booklet and all assessment results (the exam record for the assessment of the practical assignment) only after the Commission has taken a decision approving the decoded results of the qualification exam (stage).
