On May 26, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine established the results of a special vetting of two candidates for the positions of judges in administrative courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission on
September 14, 2023.
The Commission found, that during the special vetting, no information was received that may indicate that the candidate does not meet the requirements for the position of a judge:
- Oksana Popova;
- Serhii Udovychenko.
The results of the special vetting will be taken into account when the Commission makes decisions based on the results of the qualification evaluation.
