On June 24, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of recommending Dina Stelmakh for appointment to the position of a judge at the Kamianets-Podilskyi City and District Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast was considered.
The suitability for the position of a judge appointed for a term of five years prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (Regarding Justice)” must be assessed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge has undergone the qualification assessment and has been recognised by the Commission as suitable for the position helf. Taking into account the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission has decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the appointment of Dina Stelmakh to the position of a judge at the Kamianets-Podilskyi City and District Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
