On March 27, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommending Tetiana Antipova for appointment as a judge of the Rozivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
A judge who has been appointed for a term of five years before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding Judiciary)” shall be evaluated for correspondence to the position in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge passed the qualification evaluation and was recognized by the Commission as corresponding to the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Tetiana Antipova as a judge of the Rozivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
