On March 11, 2026, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered a motion recommending the secondment of a judge to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to the excessive workload in the court, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to second Nataliia Kolomiets, a judge of the Kherson Court of Appeal to the Odesa Court of Appeal for a period of one year.
