On 28 October 2026, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of submitting a proposal recommending the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation to administer justice was considered.
Due to a change in the territorial jurisdiction of cases heard by the court, the Commission will submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending the secondment of Oleh Akanov, a judge of the Donetsk District Administrative Court, to the Kharkiv District Administrative Court for a period of one year.
