On May 28, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of early termination of a judge’s secondment and secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice.
The Commission decided to submit a submission to the High Council of Justice with a recommendation to terminate the secondment of judge of the Bakhmutskyi
City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast, Olha Fedoriv, to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast. It was also recommended that Olha Fedoriv be seconded to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Lviv City for a one-year period.
Due to the excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit a submission to the High Council of Justice with a recommendation for a one-year secondment of:
- the judge of Zalishchytskyi Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast, Iryna Torska, to Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Lviv City;
- the judge of Podilskyi District Court of Kropyvnytskyi City, Leonid Plokhotnichenko, to Kherson City Court of Kherson Oblast.
