On August 06, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the transfer of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to the excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to transfer two judges to the Mykolayivskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast for a period of one year:
- judge of the Berezivskyi Raion Court of Odesa Oblast Anna Riabchun;
- judge of the Verkhovynskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast Roman Dzhus.
