On May 07, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of early termination of secondment of judges with their simultaneous secondment.
The Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a submission with a recommendation for the early termination of secondment and simultaneous secondment for a one-year term to the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa City in respect of:
- the judge of the Svativskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast Olena Popova (secondment to the Rakhivskyi Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast was terminated);
- the judge of the Kramatorsk Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Larysa Pereverzeva (secondment to the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa City was terminated).
