On May 07, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine continued to review materials on the admission of persons to participate in the selection for the position of a local court judge (passing the qualification exam). Today, the Panel has considered the admission of 1,826 persons.
As a result of the meeting, the Commission decided to admit 1,639 persons to participate in the selection for the position of a judge (qualification exam):
- 598 candidates for the position of a judge were admitted to pass the exam in administrative court specialization;
- 498 candidates for the position of a judge were admitted to pass the exam in commercial court specialization;
- 1,531 candidates for the position of a judge were admitted to pass the exam in general court specialization.
It is worth noting that persons had the opportunity to choose one or more specializations for passing the qualification exam.
182 persons were denied admission to the selection process.
Applications of 5 persons for admission to the selection were left without consideration.
Over the course of two days, the Commission admitted 2,557 persons to participate in the selection for the position of a judge (passing the qualification exam). 274 persons were denied admission to the selection process (passing the qualification exam). Applications of 9 persons for admission to the selection (passing the qualification exam) were left without consideration.
