On July 10, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted an interview and determined the results of qualification assessment of Viktoriia Batmanova, a candidate for the position of a judge at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Viktoriia Batmanova scored 427,48 points. The Commission concluded that the candidate has failed to confirm the ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Please be reminded that 43 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 23 vacant positions of judges at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 40 candidates: 25 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 10 candidates failed to confirm it, and 5 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
