On December 08, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in the plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of six candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal, the following candidates were confirmed as capable of administering justice: Kateryna Kotelva, Maksym Oliіnyk, Mykhailo Kutsenko, Oleksandr Luhovets, and Andrii Mirosiedi.
At the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal, Lidiia Kravchenko confirmed her ability to administer justice.
Interviews with candidates for the position of judge at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal have been completed: 31 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, while 9 candidates failed to confirm it.
Interviews were conducted with 32 candidates for the position of judge at the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal: 18 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 13 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 1 candidate will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
