On September 10, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges at the Poltava Court of Appeal.

Please be reminded that 16 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 15 vacant positions of judges in the Poltava Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 4 candidates: 1 candidate confirmed the ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal,1 candidate failed to confirm it, and 2 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
