On November 02, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session considered the issue of recommending Yuliia Mamchenko, a judge of the Rivne Commercial Court of Appeal, for transfer to the position of judge in another court without competition.
The judge passed the qualification assessment and was recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to recommend Yuliia Mamchenko, a judge of the Rivne Commercial Court of Appeal, for transfer to the position of judge of the North-Western Commercial Court of Appeal without competition.
Please be reminded that the Decree of the President of Ukraine of December 29, 2017, “On the liquidation of commercial courts of appeal and the establishment of commercial courts of appeal in appellate districts,” liquidated the Rivne Commercial Court of Appeal and established the North-Western Commercial Court of Appeal in the appellate district, which includes Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Rivne, and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts, located in the city of Rivne.
