On November 12, 2025, the First and Second Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice.
In connection with the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation to transfer Oleh Malaniuk, a judge of the Avdiivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast, to the Tsentralno-Miskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, for a period of one year.
Also, in connection with the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission will submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to transfer Hanna Tymofieieva, a judge of the Dobropilskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast, to the Mashivskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast for a period of one year.
