On February 02, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of the suitability of a local court judge for the position held.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to recognise Bohdan Bazarnyk, a judge of the Netishynskyi Town Court of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, as suitable for his position. A recommendation was made to the High Council of Justice to appoint him to the position of judge.
