
Please be informed, that on August 04, 2025, a meeting of representatives of civil society organizations was held at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine to elect a new composition of the Public Integrity Council.
The following civil society organizations were invited to participate in the meeting:
- All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Ukrainian Bar Association” (2 candidates nominated);
- NGO “All-Ukrainian Civil Platform “Nova Kraina’” (4 candidates nominated);
- NGO “Legislative Ideas Institute” (5 candidates nominated);
- NGO “Media Initiative for Human Rights” (5 candidates nominated);
- NGO “Public Control Platform” (1 candidate nominated);
- NGO “SICH Human Rights Group” (3 candidates nominated);
- NGO “CHESNO Movement” (1 candidate nominated);
- NGO “Transparency International Ukraine” (1 candidate nominated);
- NGO “DEJURE Foundation” (9 candidates nominated);
- NGO “Center for Economic Strategy” (3 candidates nominated);
- NGO “Human Rights Information Center” (5 candidates nominated);
- NGO “Anti-Corruption Action Center” (2 candidates nominated).
In total, these organizations nominated 24 candidates to the new composition of the Public Integrity Council, 17 of whom were nominated by two organizations each.
Following the vote on August 04, 2025, the following individuals were elected as members of the Public Integrity Council:

- Anastasiia Borema (nominated by NGOs “Nova Kraina”, “DEJURE Foundation”);
- Orest Bumba (nominated by the “Ukrainian Bar Association”);

- Yaroslava Volvach (nominated by NGOs “Nova Kraina”, “Center for Economic Strategy”);
- Mariia Horban (nominated by NGOs “Center for Economic Strategy”, “Anti-Corruption Action Center”);
- Eleonora Yemets (nominated by “DEJURE Foundation”);
- Anton Zelinskyi (nominated by NGOs “Legislative Ideas Institute”, “DEJURE Foundation”);
- Svitlana Ilnytska (nominated by the “Ukrainian Bar Association”);
- Mariia Krasnenko (nominated by NGOs “Media Initiative for Human Rights”, “Human Rights Information Center”);
