
Please be advised that starting June 09, 2025, documents for participation in the competition for 23 vacant positions of judges at the High Anti-Corruption Court can be downloaded from the judicial career e-cabinet.
Documents for participation in this competition can be submitted and signed from July 07 to August 06, 2025 (inclusive).
In the “Competition for 23 positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court and its Appeals Chamber” card, you must activate the “Generate documents” function, which will allow you to add all new documents to the card.
Persons who have previously uploaded documents to the judicial career account to participate in other procedures can activate the “Generate documents based on submitted” function. This function will allow you to reproduce the data and documents submitted in the last procedure.
If one of the functions (“Generate documents” or “Generate documents based on submitted”) is selected, this decision cannot be changed.
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION, YOU MUST SUBMIT:

- an application for participation in the Competition.

- copies of documents confirming academic degrees, academic titles, full-time postgraduate or doctoral studies (if available).

- copies of documents confirming professional experience in the field of law.

- documents of the established form from medical institutions confirming that the candidate has undergone psychiatric and narcological examinations.
Such a document must be obtained after January 23, 2025.

- written consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of information about the candidate for the position of judge.

- consent to a special check in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”.

- a copy of the military registration document.

- a copy of the declaration of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government for 2024, and a link to the relevant page of the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform the Functions of the State or Local Self-Government.

- a copy of a document confirming proficiency in the state language in accordance with the level determined by the National Commission for State Language Standards.

- an extract from the information and analytical system “Record of information on criminal liability and criminal record.”

- recommendations characterizing the candidate for the position of judge and confirming their compliance with the requirements of Article 69 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”.

- an autobiography as of the date of consent to undergo a special check.

- a certificate of access to state secrets (if any).

- a statement provided for in part one of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Purification of Power”.

- a document confirming registration in the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers.

- a certificate of the results of the check specified in the Law of Ukraine “On Purification of Power” issued by the body that conducted such a check (if available).

- documents confirming compliance with one of the requirements provided for in part two of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court”.

For your convenience, a checklist of documents in Excel format, which can be downloaded at the link, was prepared. It will help you organize the preparation of the necessary documents and check that they have been submitted.
Please note, that based on the results of the submission of documents for participation in the preliminary competition for vacant positions of judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court, announced on November 23, 2023, the Commission refused to admit 77 persons (32%), of whom:
- 14 persons (6%) did not confirm their compliance with the requirements for a candidate for the position of judge;
- 63 candidates (26%) submitted improper (did not submit) documents specified by the competition conditions and the law, in particular 40 persons (17%) did not submit statements on the absence of circumstances that would prohibit them from holding the position of a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
