On June 03, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the qualification assessment of Viktor Yemchuk, a judge of the Rakhiv District Court of Zakarpattia Oblast, for his suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to terminate the qualification assessment of Viktor Yemchuk, a judge of the Rakhiv District Court of Zakarpattia Oblast.
