On May 14, 2026, during the session of the panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a report concerning information that could indicate the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of statements made by a judge in the declaration of integrity was considered.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission resolved to leave without consideration the report concerning information that could indicate the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of statements made by Nataliia Yarovenko, a judge of the Dnipro District Court of Kyiv City in the judge’s declaration of integrity for 2016.
Please be reminded that, on December 11, 2025 (in Ukrainian), the High Council of Justice dismissed Nataliia Yarovenko from the position of a judge of the Dnipro District Court of Kyiv City in connection with the submission of her resignation.
