Seven members of the Commission participated in the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the Second Chamber: Omelian O.S., Volkova L.M., Bohonis M.B., Gatseliuk V.O., Luhanskyi V.I., Melnyk R.I., Shevchuk G.M.
- The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided:
To refuse to submit to the High Council of Justice a request for the secondment of a judge of the Bakhmut City District Court of Donetsk Oblast Oleksandr Feniak to the Desnianskyi District Court of Chernihiv City.
To submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation on the secondment of a judge of the Menskyi Raion Court of Chernihiv Oblast Andrii Slisar to the Desnianskyi District Court of Chernihiv City for a period of one year.
To extend the term for consideration of the issue of submitting a proposal for the secondment of two judges to the Desnianskyi District Court of Chernihiv City until
July 16, 2025.
2. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation on the early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Markivskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast Anzhelika Didenko to the Korolovskyi District Court of Zhytomyr City and her simultaneous secondment to another court.
