Please be informed, that on August 11, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took a decision to approve the coded and decoded results of the general knowledge test in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the local administrative court, held on August 05 – 08, 2025, as part of the qualification exam for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.

604 candidates for the position of judge of a local administrative court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local administrative court, who have successfully passed the test of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the local administrative court and have scored a passing grade - have been admitted to the third stage of the qualification exam – testing of cognitive abilities (list at the link in Ukrainian).
The Commission has established that candidates for the position of judge of a local administrative court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local administrative court, who have successfully passed the second stage of the qualification exam (scoring 75% or more of the maximum possible score), but did not obtain a passing score, may use the results of this stage of the qualification exam when participating in the next selection for the position of judge, announced within two years from the date of approval of the test results, in accordance with the procedure determined by a separate decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Appointment of cognitive ability testing and the schedule for its implementation will be determined by a separate decision of the Commission.
