Please be informed, that on August 27, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to approve the coded and decoded results of testing of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the local general court, compiled on August 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, and August 26, 2025 as part of the qualification exam of candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.

According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialisation to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

Please be informed that the Commission is continuing to prepare for the approval of the Regulation on the Regular Assessment of Judges.

The coded test results for August 25, 2025, have been established for 743 persons:

1) did not reach the minimum passing score – 10 persons;
