On June 01, 2026, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the recommendation of Serhii Traskovskyi for the position of a judge at the Iziaslav District Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
The suitability for the position of a judge appointed for a term of five years prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (Regarding Justice)” must be assessed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge has undergone the qualification assessment and has been recognised by the Commission as suitable for the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the appointment of Serhii Traskovskyi to the position of a judge of the Iziaslav District Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
