On June 10, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of one candidate to administer justice at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to recognise Oleksandr Batuіev as having confirmed his ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Please be reminded that 43 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 23 vacant positions of judges at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 17 candidates: 13 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 1 candidate failed to confirm it, and 3 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
