Competition for the Kharkiv Court of Appeal: One Candidate Has Confirmed the Ability to Administer Justice, Whilst One Candidate Failed to Confirm It

On September 10, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant positions of judges in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 56 candidates: 38 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 14 candidates failed to confirm it, and 4 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Four candidates withdrew from the competition.
