On August 04, 2026, the Commission announced a competition to fill vacant positions of judges in local administrative courts.
Applications for the competition were accepted from August 20 to 25, 2026. Following the review of the submitted materials, 268 candidates applied to the Commission. Detailed information on those who have expressed an intention to participate in the competition can be found via this link (in Ukrainian).
The Commission’s Panels will consider applications for candidates’ admission to the competition between September 07 and 14, 2026. The schedule of sessions can be found in the “Sessions” section of the Commission’s official website, specifically:
September 07, 2026 – session of Panel No. 4 (in Ukrainian);
September 08, 2026 – session of Panel No. 1 (in Ukrainian);
September 10, 2026 – sessions of Panels No. 3 and No. 5 (in Ukrainian);
September 14, 2026 – session of Panel No. 2 (in Ukrainian).
The ranking of participants will be drawn up on September 17, 2026 (alternative date – September 18, 2026). Information about the candidates and their allocation to groups will be published on the Commission’s official website under the section “Competition for local administrative courts, announced on 04.08.26” (in Ukrainian) no later than two days before the date on which the ranking of competition candidates is drawn up.
