On 22 October 2026, a panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted interviews and determined the qualification assessment results for three candidates for judicial positions at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
Based on the qualification assessment results, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

Please be reminded, 93 candidates applied to participate in the competition to fill 45 judicial vacancies at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
A total of 79 candidates for positions at the Kyiv Court of Appeal have been interviewed: 33 confirmed their ability to administer justice, 31 failed to confirm, and 15 will be interviewed by the Commission in plenary session. Four candidates’ participation in the competition has been terminated.
