On September 08, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the issue of a local court judge’s suitability for the position held was considered.
Following consideration of the issue, Yurii Kobzar, a judge of the Rubizhne City Court of Luhansk Oblast was found suitable for the position held. A recommendation shall be submitted to the High Council of Justice regarding his appointment as a judge of the Rubizhne City Court of Luhansk Oblast.
