On July 29, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took a decision approving the ranking of candidates for vacant positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal, based on the results of the qualification assessment conducted as part of the competition announced by the Commission’s Decision No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023 (as amended).
The Commission, sitting in plenary, will consider the issue of recommending candidates for appointment for the position of a judge on August 04, 2026.

In addition, the Commission terminated the qualification assessment of 10 judges for suitability for the position held, as they had confirmed, within the framework of this competition, their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
