
Andrii Pasichnyk was appointed as a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the decision of the High Council of Justice dated June 1, 2023.
He holds a scientific degree of a Candidate of Juridical Sciences (2012), an academic title of Associate Professor (2015). Mr. Pasichnyk is an author of more than thirty scientific works in law. He is an advocate and practiced corporate, civil and administrative law until 2020. He studied management at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
In 2020–2023, Andrii Pasichnyk headed the Department of Full Inspections of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention. He has considerable experience in prevention and fight against corruption, implementation of digital tools in the work of the state body, project management.
From August 07, 2024 to August 06, 2026, he held the position of Chairman of the Commission.
Andrii Pasichnyk is a member of the Commission’s Third Panel. He is the Head of the working group on corruption risk assessment in the Commission.
