Ihor Kushnir was appointed as a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by a decision of the High Council of Justice on August 12, 2025.
After graduation from the university in 1999, he began his career in the Prosecutor’s Office of Chernihiv Oblast.
By the decree of the President of Ukraine dated May 11, 2004, he was appointed as a judge of the Commercial Court of Chernihiv Oblast.
From November 17, 2017, to September 15, 2020, he was a judge of the Supreme Court in the Commercial Court of Cassation. He is currently a retired judge.
