Oleh Koliush was appointed as a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine from among judges by the decision of the High Council of Justice dated June 1, 2023.
After graduating from the East Ukrainian National University in 1999, he received a degree in law and a further law qualification.
Prior to his appointment as a judge, he worked as legal counsel at enterprises of various forms of ownership and was engaged in private legal practice.
Since 2012, he has been administering justice in the Leninskyi District Court of Luhansk city and the Avtozavodskyi District Court of Kremenchuk Town, Poltava Oblast.
Since May 2019, he has been a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court. Mr. Koliush holds a scientific degree as a Candidate of Juridical Sciences.
From August 08, 2025 to August 07, 2026, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Commission.
Oleh Koliush is a member of the Fourth Panel of the Commission. He participates in working groups, established to coordinate certain areas of the Commission’s activities.
