On January 24, 2024, the Panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meetings, held interviews and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of three local court judges for correspondence to the position held.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation for compliance with the position held, the Commission made the following decisions:

Pursuant to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, upon the decision of the High Council of Justice taken upon the proposal of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may be, upon his/her consent, seconded to another court of the same tier and specialization to administer justice.
Pursuant to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, upon the decision of the High Council of Justice taken upon the proposal of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may be, upon his/her consent, seconded to another court of the same tier and specialization to administer justice.
On January 23, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has started interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the local courts, announced on September 14, 2023. Throughout the day, the Commission members in three Panels conducted interviews with 18 winners of the competition, 15 of whom got recommendations for the appointment.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
On January 18, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meeting, considered the issue of recommendations for appointment to the positions of judges.
The judges passed the qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position.
On January 17, 2024, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meeting, considered the issue of submitting a motion to the High Council of Justice to dismiss a judge of the Donetsk Circuit Administrative Court from the position held.
On January 15, 2024, the Panel 4 of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (Vitalii Gatseliuk, Oleh Koliush, Ruslan Melnyk), at its meeting, considered the issue of submitting a motion to the High Council of Justice to dismiss a judge of the Henicheskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Yulia Berlimova from the position held.
On January 16, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meeting, considered the issue of recommendations for appointment to the positions of judges.
The judges passed the qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position.
Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to recommend:
On 16 January 2024, the plenary composition of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of correspondence of judges of local and appellate courts to their positions held.
