Competition for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: One Candidate Has Confirmed Her Ability to Administer Justice

On April 23, 20256, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting as a panel, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

The Commission Has Terminated the Participation of Three Candidates In the Competitive Procedures

On April 22, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the participation of three candidates in competitions for vacant positions of judges.

Based on the results of the session, the participation of the following candidates in the competition for positions at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court was terminated:

Competition for the General Courts of Appeal: Two Candidates Have Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice

On April 22, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates to administer justice at the Odesa Court of Appeal.

Dmytro Tsekhan and Nataliia Varakina have confirmed their ability to administer justice at the Odesa Court of Appeal.

Regarding Oleh Shkuta, a break in the consideration of the issue has been announced.
