The Commission Recommends Secondment of Two Judges to Other Courts

On December 17, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.

Due to the excessive workload in the court, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to second the following judges for a period of one year:
