A Judge of the Rubizhanskyi Town Court of Luhansk Oblast Has Been Recognised to Be Suitable for the Position Held

On November 27, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two local court judges for suitability for their positions were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment for suitability for the positions held, the Commission took the following decisions:

Competition for the Courts of Appeal: One Candidate Confirmed Her Ability to Administer Justice in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal, While Two candidates Failed to Confirm Their Ability to Administer Justice in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal

On November 26, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of two candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal and one candidate in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal was considered.

Based on the results of the session, the Commission took the following decisions:

The Ranking of Candidates Has Been Approved and the Winners of the Competition for Vacant Positions of Judges in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal Have Been Determined

On November 26, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to approve the ranking of candidates for vacant positions of judges in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal based on the results of the qualification assessment within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023 № 94/zp-23 (as amended).

The issue of recommending candidates for appointment to the position of judge will be considered on December 08, 2025, by the plenary session of the Commission.
