Please be informed that from August 14 to August 26, 2025, 6,754 participants are undergoing testing of their general knowledge of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the local general court as the second stage of the qualification exam within the selection process for the position of local court judge.
According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

On August 14, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of candidates who had submitted applications for the position of judge in the Zhytomyr and Sumy courts of appeal were determined.
