On May 21, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of four judges of local and appellate courts for their suitability for the positions held.
On May 21, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the issue of secondment and early termination of secondment of judges with their simultaneous new secondment was considered.
On May 20, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:
On May 20, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of commercial courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023, were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:
According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Please be informed, that as of today, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has received 159 applications from candidates, expressing the intention to apply for the position of a judge in a court included in the first group of courts at the first stage of the competition for vacant positions of judges in general courts of appeal, announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023 No. 94/zp-23 (as amended):
On May 19, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine an interview was held and the result of the qualification evaluation of the candidate for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal Tetiana Balas was determined.
On May 19, 2025, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the recommendation of Nataliia Horobets for appointment as a judge of the Chemerovetskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
