The issue of secondment of judges to the Desnianskyi District Court of Chernihiv City is scheduled for consideration

According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

Competition to the administrative courts of appeal: the ability to administer justice of two candidates will be determined by the plenary session of the Commission, two candidates didn’t confirmed their ability to administer justice

On May 27, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

On May 27, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of commercial courts of appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

The Commission has established the results of a special vetting of two candidates for the positions of judges in administrative courts of appeal

On May 26, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine established the results of a special vetting of two candidates for the positions of judges in administrative courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission on
September 14, 2023.

Interview with a judge of the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv City was postponed

On May 23, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to postpone consideration of the issue of studying the dossier, conducting an interview and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of a judge of the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv City, Nataliia Dobrivska, for her suitability for the position held.
