On July 11, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held a meeting during which interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four local court judges regarding their suitability to exercise judicial functions were determined.
Based on the outcome of the qualification assessment, the Commission adopted the following decisions:
On July 10, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held a meeting during which interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges of the general courts of appeal were determined.
The interviews began with candidates who applied to participate in the first stage of the competition for vacant judicial positions at the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal.
On July 10, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the positions of judges of the appellate commercial courts.

On July 09, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of seconding judges and the early termination of secondment of judges.
On July 08, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted interviews and adopted decisions on the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for judicial positions in the commercial courts of appeal.

Please be reminded that starting from July 07, 2025, the judicial career e-cabinet has opened the option to submit and sign documents for participation in the competition to fill 23 vacant judicial positions in the High Anti-Corruption Court.
On July 15, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will launch a qualification exam for candidates for the position of a local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.
The first stage of the exam – testing of knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood – will be held in accordance with the approved schedule; no postponement of the date and time of the test is foreseen (except for military personnel).
