On June 03, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held interviews and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal.

Please be informed, that the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” Regarding Clarification of Procedures of the Competition for the Position of a Judge and Secondment of Judges” (No. 4433-IX), adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on May 14, 2025, has been submitted to the President of Ukraine for signature. This law substantially amends the procedural aspects of the selection process for the position of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
On May 28, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session considered the issue of terminating the qualification evaluation of a judge of the Prylutskyi City-Raion Court of Chernihiv Oblast, Volodymyr Bezdidko, for his suitability for the position held.
On May 28, 2025, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommending Vitalii Martyniuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Novoaidarskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast.
